We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Officer to join our team. As a Reservations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless booking processes, exceptional client service, and efficient reservation management for requests coming from all B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver swift and accurate responses to all client requests, ensuring satisfaction.
– Exceptional Client Service.
– Handle hotel reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
– Engage with agents through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, maintaining clear and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– 2-3 Years of Experience in a local Destination Management Company (DMC) or hotel reservations within the UAE.
– Proficiency in handling reservations, ensuring a seamless booking process for our valued clients.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservation Agent is required.
