As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by handling a high volume of calls and reservations requests. Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, menu options, and venue offerings to assist guests in making informed decisions.
- Efficiently book reservations while adhering to our high service standards and guest preferences.
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant and events team to ensure all guest requirements and special requests are communicated and met.
- Uphold our venue’s reputation by delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
