Job Description: As a Reservations Agent at Livbnb, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their holiday home booking process is smooth, enjoyable, and handled with professionalism. You will manage inquiries, process reservations, and provide detailed information about our properties and services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily reservation inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Provide accurate information about property availability, pricing, and amenities.
• Process reservations efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and communicated clearly to guests.
• Work closely with the property management team to update and manage booking schedules.
• Assist in resolving any booking or stay-related issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Livbnb properties, special promotions, and the local area to enhance guest experience.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
• Comfortable with technology and various booking and CRM systems.
