Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive! This position will cater Novotel and Ibis World Trade Centre and Ibis One Central
Job Responsibilities:
- Be aware of the hotel product, rates, packages and promotions.
- Maintain knowledge of and access all functions of the computer and manual systems.
- Process all reservation queries, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax, e-mail, internally and through corporate reservations.
- Efficiently and promptly establishing the correspondence service to guest inquiries.
- Ensure that the guests’ visas are accurately processed and coordinate with visa officer.
Job Requirements:
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
