Job Purpose:
To provide a dedicated consultant sourcing service to EG-IT. Plan and implement consultant sourcing activities, maintain the EG-IT skills catalogue and assessment centre library, manage the new joiner induction processes, provide resource support and track and monitor resource related statistics. Ensure sufficient and appropriate office space in the short and long term for EG-IT.
Job Requirements:
- Information Technology & Other: 5+ Years
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent):
- University Degree or A level equivalent Experience in a Recruitment or Admin/Office Manager role, preferably within the IT industry or a large corporate / multinational / professional services organization. Written and verbal communication skills in English.
