Job Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent and dedicated guidance to the stores of competence, in order to ensure compliance with global company policies, procedures & standards.
- Ensure the full efficiency of store back-end processes and the utmost care for company’s product.
- Coordinate global retail operations strategy implementation in close partnership with Senior Retail Management and Store teams.
- Periodically visit all the stores in the designated area and conduct audits and trainings for all aspects of Retail Operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Luxury Fashion is a must
- Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross functional teams
- Proficient with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer software (Internet, POS Systems, etc)
