What do we expect from you?
- The main responsibilities of your role will be to coach the sales teams to support performance in both qualitative and quantitative KPI’S.
- You will partner with the Boutique Managers to actively coach and follow the progress of individual team members making recommendations as needed, for the Managers to be able to take ownership in between coaching sessions.
- As a Trainer Executive, you will also be responsible for overall Client Experience and will lead the relevant actions instore: focus groups/ initiatives, etc. that match the UAE global plan in Guest Experience and Clients’ surveys.
