Revenue Manager Jobs In Dubai 2023 | Accor
What you will be doing:
- · Maximize Revenue Incomes for Individual, Group and Conference business
- · Implement Sales Strategies
- · Maintain and manage all Reservation Channels, ensuring RIL rate integrity policies
- · Analyze Market Conditions and Trends
- · Analyze Business Opportunities
- · Develop, execution and review of an optimal revenue strategy
- · Provide Education and training to Front Office, Reservation and Sales
- · Active role in Forecast and Budget creation and Sales and Marketing Plan
- · Creation of team-working environment promoting morale and commitment, pride and performance in the reservations department and the hotel
- · Identification and development of successor (backup)
Your experience and skills include:
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position is preferred
- Previous experience in a 5 Star Hotel is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and prior experience with Revenue systems are required
- Demonstrate ability to forecast sales and trends in the market
- Ability to work in a stressful environement and good analytical approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with assertive skills
