Job Description

A Abu Dhabi government entity seeks a Reward Specialist who will join the reward and compensation team.

• Conduct the job evaluation exercise
• Develop a fit-for-purpose grading structure under the guidance of the Reward Head based on the job evaluation results and ensure all positions are mapped to the approved grading structure
• Develop and update the compensation and benefits framework, which includes supporting in setting the compensation and benefits strategy and reward philosophy, and conducting the compensation benchmarking to support the attraction and retention of employees
• Conduct and participate in salary surveys, including salary equity, salary comparison, and grade analysis
• Administer promotion and compensation activities (i.e. annual salary review) based on the approved framework and employee performance management results in coordination with the Talent Management team
• Adjust the grade, salary and allowance for promoted employees based on the approved compensation benefits structure
• Support management of yearly salary and reward plans cycle (Yearly Increases, Bonuses, promotions, and allowances)

• At least a Bachelors degree and a job role related certificate/qualification
• At least 6 years in a similar role
