Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll administration, processing, and accounting operations and resolve day-to-day payroll administration and accounting-related issues.
- Review and closely monitor the payroll administration, processing, and payment and ensure accurate, smooth rollout of payroll.
- Review, test, and analyze the problems and issues in payroll application and resolve the issues.
- Review the funding requirements, ensure that fund requests are raised accurately, and check for funds availability before releasing the payroll/payments.
- Led the HR Executive to ensure the closure of payroll books as per agreed timelines.
- Monitor the bank reconciliation process, analyze transactions, and ensure all transactions are accounted.
- Review and analyze EOSB payments and monthly manual payments prior to processing in Oracle Application.
- Oversee the MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits.
- Oversee month-end payroll reporting required by the Finance department and business units,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; HR Qualifications preferred Job Evaluation Certification Preferred
- At least 6-8 years of corporate HR Function experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll
