Description:
Reporting to the Fashion & Accessories Director MEIA, the Visual Merchandising (VM) Executive will be responsible for the VM of the Maisons under the Fashion & Accessories division, ensuring VM excellence and maintenance of the boutiques in the Middle East, in line with each Maison’s guidelines and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Work closely with each Maison’s VM team in Head Quarters (HQ) and boutique ambassadors to roll out all changes and projects, including launches, installations, etc.
b- Share feedback and propose best practices as per market needs
c- Full visual merchandising for all Fashion & Accessories boutiques in the region in a timely manner
d- Develop layout plans and designs for locally produced popups and oversee the implementation as per plans

Job Requirements:
a- Visual Merchandising / Design background (ideally >3 years of experience in VM, preferably within a luxury brand)
b- Displays a clear understanding of the luxury fashion and the Middle East retail industry
c- Project management and organizational skills are essential
