Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the position of Assistant/Deputy Manager Production at its Flexible Packaging Plant, Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in flexible packaging operations and production management, especially in a manufacturing environment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Plan daily production and ensure target is being achieved on time.
• Monitor and control printing, lamination and slitting processes.
• Ensure proper and efficient manpower, machinery and materials.
• Coordinate production planning with PPC and supply chain.
• Maintain consistent quality as per customer requirement.
• Waste, rejects and machine banding time work.
• Safety principles and GMP practices are followed by Carvana.
• Production reporting and performance analysis for management.
• Leading, training and developing the shop floor team.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in flexible packaging manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of rotogravure / flexo printing, lamination, extrusion (preferred), and finishing processes
• Hands-on exposure to production KPIs, OEE, and cost optimization
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
