Eligibility Criteria for Rotana Careers:
- Educational Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent (for entry-level positions)
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field (for supervisory or managerial roles)
- Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred but not always required)
- X years of experience in customer service roles (can vary based on the position)
- Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Arabic language skills (strongly preferred, especially for guest-facing roles)
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with guests, team members, and management professionally
- Customer Service Orientation:

- Adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines
- Legal Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in Dubai
- Compliance with local regulations and work visa requirements
