Qualifications: Royal Caribbean Jobs

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4–6 years of business analytics experience; MBA preferred
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to digest and synthesize large amounts of data and information into executive-level reports and documents.
• Itinerary planning and/or revenue management experience are highly desired.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects. a proven track record of collaborating effectively with all levels and functions in an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a high-quality, clear, and concise presentation
• Pro-active and collaborative approach.

Knowledge and skill:

• A critical thinker who demonstrates drive and a desire to improve processes where appropriate
• Alteryx, SQL, PowerBI, or other reporting and dashboarding skills required
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Basic Data Mining (i.e. Hyperion)
• Able to build good working relationships with personnel at all levels located at the corporate offices and global offices.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry, how profits are generated, and familiarity with key industry data
• Requires outstanding business writing and oral communications skills and the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior executives and others.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
