• Lead, guide, and motivate the CRM team for smooth daily operations
• Manage order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer communication on all platforms
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with E-Commerce, marketing, and warehouse teams for seamless customer journeys
• Ensure timely issue resolution while upholding Royal Tag’s service standards
• Drive key performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
