Job Description
– To incorporate the production plan in the ERP system timely.
– To ensure the production execution as per approved production plan.
– To communicate with materials department to ensure availability of raw materials on production floor as per production plan.
– To take necessary actions to minimize the materials wastages at the production floor.
– To monitor and maintain the hygienic conditions of the plant.
– To ensure the GMP implementation on the plant area.
– To ensure on time execution of preventive maintenance plan.
– To ensure that valid SOP’s and work instructions are being implemented at the plant
– Take corrective measures to ensure the worker’s health & safety
– Take corrective measures overall housekeeping of the plant
– To Supervise/facilitate operations on floor for smooth work flow and achieving targets.
– Maintain confidentiality and security of factory data.
