The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Master/MBA preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Wealth Management/ Private Banking/ UHNW Family Office.
  • Business development experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
  • Good sense for Design and/or Marketing. InDesign is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Good knowledge of the holistic health and wellness industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
