Position:Engineer – Sales
Qualification: B-TECH /BE – Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Experience: 2 to 3 years of sales experience in (EV charging /Green energy /Sustainable Energy /Electrical equipment) sector.
Reporting to: EV Infra Solutions Manager

- Good communication skills.
- Generating the project leads/enquiries and immediate attention to the enquiries.
- Prepare the techno commercial offer coordinating with sales support function and send to the customer on time.
- Review the offer prepared by sales support function in line with Specification, SLD and BOQ.
- Technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and the facility management team.
- Registration of company in different entities and awareness of the concept or technology.
- Based on Clients’ budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.
- Pricing for electrical systems incorporating for project.
- Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project-specific Questionnaires.
- Prepare material submittal based on project specification with the support of sales support function.
- Coordinate with the internal operation for the site evaluation for initial pitch of turnkey projects.
- Coordinate with the internal operation teams to obtain contractor quotes in support of sales opportunities.
- Interface with internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end users.
- Conducting in-depth product demonstrations of products/services.
- Presenting the product (EV charging) and all features to customers at all the relevant events.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
- Submit weekly and monthly Sales and Project progress reports to the line manager.
- Address any issues related to techno commercial to the line manager whenever support is needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Discuss the market feedback and information within the team during brainstorming session to sharpen our strength and knowledge.
