Meeting regular sales targets.
Must be aware of the major and minor projects and players in the UAE Construction industry.
Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming developments and average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records (sales database).
Must act as a liaison among clients, outside agents, and other departments to resolve the issues/matter for sales transactions as they arise.
Liaise with the management in formulating a sales plan and strategy for the company on a regular basis.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to management.
Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining precast concrete products or services to customers.
A solid technical knowledge and background with sales skills in the UAE construction sector.

Candidate should be confident in his own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with the situation.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Should be graduate and having excellent English communication skills (ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage).
Must have valid UAE driving license.
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the Dubai Construction industry preferably in precast concrete.
The engineering background preferable but not essential.
