Sales & Events Manager

Rise Hospitality

Sales & Events Manager

They’re after a go-getter Sales & Events Manager who can not only land those big group bookings and private gigs, but also make brand collabs actually *work* (not just look good on paper).

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

– Going after B2B sales like a pro—think private dining, group shindigs, and those big corporate parties everyone pretends to hate but secretly loves.
– Dreaming up and pulling off wild brand activations, seasonal parties, and all sorts of venue events that people will actually talk about (in a good way).
– Working side-by-side with the marketing folks to get your events seen everywhere, not just lost in the Instagram void.
– Making friends with pretty much everyone: clients, mall managers, vendors, partners—if they matter, you know ‘em.
– Keeping an eye on the numbers (KPIs and all that jazz), figuring out what’s working, and tweaking things to squeeze out the best ROI.

Who They Want:

– At least 5 years hustling in Sales, Events, or Biz Dev—ideally in hospitality or F&B. If you know your way around Dubai’s scene, even better.
– Rolodex (do people still say that?) full of corporate clients, event planners, agencies—the more, the merrier.
– You can talk, you can negotiate, you can present. Basically, you’re a people person who actually gets things done.
– Super organized but not a robot, creative, and cool with working odd hours (yep, evenings and weekends are part of the game).
– Already living in Dubai. No long-distance love affairs here.

Why You’d Bother:

– Solid base salary, plus commissions if you crush it.
– You’ll actually get to shape new F&B concepts—none of that “just another cog in the machine” stuff.
– Fun team, buzzing office, everyone’s ambitious and moving fast. No snoozefests.
