Your Duties As A Call Center Sales Executive
- Achieve the daily sales targets for inbound and outbound calls.
- Adhere to the level of productivity prescribed.
- Answer all calls in a consistent and professional manner as per desired level of customer service.
- Provide customers with accurate information as per the company’s guidelines of all products.
- Follow up with all prospective customers old and new.
- Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
- Promote the company’s products at all times.
- Maintain relationships with key partners where necessary.
- Achieve campaign results set out by manager.
- Employee should adhere to the shift patterns.
- Provide support to colleagues within the call center as well as to the other areas to ensure smooth service to customer.
- Perform any other related duties as required to support the operation.
Experience
- Prior telephone sales experience (inbound and outbound) being a top performer (average of 100 calls/day) for at least 1 year.
- Strong sales background is a must.
