Responsibilities

- Prepare and present sales proposals, including detailed specifications, pricing, and terms, ensuring they align with clients’ needs and budget constraints.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, aiming to secure mutually beneficial agreements and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to ensure smooth equipment delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the HORECA equipment market to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage customer accounts, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in selling HORECA equipment, specifically ovens, refrigerators, coffee machines, and related products.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including its dynamics, challenges, and equipment requirements.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of HORECA equipment, including various brands, models, specifications, and applications.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver effective presentations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, enabling the identification of customer pain points and the provision of suitable equipment solutions.
