Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential students and parents.

• Support the sales team in promoting the institute’s courses and programs.

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.

• Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into enrollments.

• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM systems.

• Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and student needs.

• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

• Attend meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing is a plus.
