Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for aligning with sales manager to ensure the volume/price/mix target are in line with the budget.
- Responsible for aligning with sales manager to ensure the sale of Motor cycle tires target are in line with the budget.
- Volume: Assisting the sales team to deliver on shipment target in line with the budget and ensuring volume/profitability balance is optimized.
- Price: Review special/new/tender and the market back price adjustment requests and accurately coordinate all price actions with Pricing department. Drive positive price variation vs budget/previous year.
- MIX: Coordinate with product/ LSCM and sales teams to deliver Mix % (Product/ brand/ country) as per plan.
- Premium Range: Closely track and coordinate with sales team on Premium range mix and deliver about plan
Requirements
- Bachelors level qualification in relevant field.
- 5-8 years’ experience in the industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel/ PowerPoint.
- High level of demonstrating that you are a true team player;
- Proactive, strategic problem solver.
- Availability to travel to CIS countries Results orientated.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English & Russian is essential
