Responsible for top-line sales achievements against set and agreed budgets and gross margins.
The candidate will be managing a go-to-market team including Key account executives, salesmen, merchandising team leaders, merchandiser cum salesmen & Shelf fillers.
Responsible for preparing sales forecasts by Agency/Customer/SKU level in coordination with the Principal Affairs Managers or Brand Marketing Manager.
Responsible for allocating targets and KPIs to designated sales & merchandising teams ensuring budgets are met
Responsible for implementing trade marketing activities
Responsible for negotiating & closing Business Development Agreements (BDAs) with the Key Accounts
Responsible for new launch activation, listing, distribution strategies, effective and timely go-to-market launch planning.
Perform regular monthly and quarterly business analysis to senior management about the performance of his team against budgets & targets
Requirements
University degree in Business Management/ Commerce/ Economics/ Marketing. Further qualification in Sales & Distribution is a plus.
5-15 years of relevant experience managing Baby & Personal Care brands Former
Experience with FMCG Distribution Companies in the UAE/KSA is an advantage
Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools, and techniques is needed
Knowledge of category management and assortment
Knowledge of the UAE Key Accounts & Retail Market is an advantage
Competent with Microsoft office/CRM/Oracle -Strong analytical skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
