Job Responsibilities:

• Analysis of local market trends and competitors to identify business leads
• Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and support business development
• Lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction
• Maintain meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers from key leisure, PCOs, corporate accounts and travel agents
• Develop emerging markets through tactical packages to drive sales and increase hotel awareness
• Grow and maintain share of inbound leisure markets from assigned account markets and contracting and developing relationships with local DMCS and international operators..

Job Requirements:

• Previous 4 – 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with relevant background
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners
• High level of passion in the Sales including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
• Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
