Job Responsibilities:

  • Introduce company to the clients in the market – contact Business managers and decision makers by telephone, mail and outdoor marketing in order to solicit sales for our services and updating the same in CRM
  • Analyzing trends in the market and competitors analysis to introduce and suggest new and improved services for clients
  • Explain products or services and answer questions from customers including price and price negotiation.
  • Adjust sales scripts according to the assigned target needs
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listening and resolving their concerns and issues
  • Establish, develop and maintaining professional relation with existing and new clients.
  • Preparing and sending proposal to clients
  • Follow up with clients, through email, WhatsApp and tele-calling, on regular basis to maximize sales conversion.
  • Make cold calls to new customers in a bid to prospect them for business and meet sales goals.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other team members

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience of B2B Marketing and client handling in services industry in UAE
  • Excellent English speaking skills are must, other languages would be a plus.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have good negotiation skills
  • Must be able to create good presentations
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener
