Job Responsibilities:

– Consulting with the team within the scope of the company’s strategic priorities, office goals, determining individual goals (if any), preparing plans for this, and submitting this information to the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– Asking for reports of recent developments in the region from his/her direct report (if any), make necessary plans for action, if an opportunity occurs and report them to the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– To inform the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters about any corporate communication needs and help to create corporate communication plans.
– To follow all the seminars, meetings and conferences in the region and represent the company in these activities.
– To prepare weekly, monthly and annually sales reports and report to the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– Responsible for any reports requested by the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– To support the team for finding new clients and to work on finding new clients in coordination with the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– Sales Manager/Consultant/Representative is responsible for managing all the clients. He/She can get help from the Patent Attorney and Patent attorney can continue communication with the client if necessary, but this communication should be under control of the Sales Manager/Consultant/Representative. He/She is the sole responsible.
– To check the quality of the work done by his/her direct report (if any) and provide reports to the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters about his/her performance in line with the criteria determined by the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters whenever asked and to apply the decisions about the staff given by them.
– To have knowledge about the legal regulations of the region and company’s procedures and responsible that the staff is acting accordingly.
– To organize activities with governmental or private organizations.
– Meeting with the clients (either in person or via video call) and provide information about our services.
– To follow and control the Client Portfolio, to make plans to increase the work done with the client, to submit this information to the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– To follow and finalize the tasks of existing clients and inform them regarding application, publication, rejection, partial rejection, acceptance, annual fee, document fees, priority documents, etc.
– To register the details of the completed appointments to the system.
– To resolve complaints received within the scope of client satisfaction.
– To work on gaining new clients in coordination with the General Manager and İstanbul Headquarters.
– To follow the work after the contract and to inform the client about the latest status.
– To communicate with potential, former, and existing clients and explain how the recommended services will respond to client needs.
– To clarify the fees, prepare an offer in line with the matters agreed with the client, determine the payment method, finalize the contract, and register the contract information to the system.
– To participate in internal and external training activities and request training if necessary.
– To report the received/missing payments to the General Manager and to contact with the client if any problem occurs with payments.

Job Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience of selling Legal Services / Copyright / Patent / Trademark Services.
– Familiarity with navigating multiple levels of a client organization in order to establish contact with key decision makers.
– A team player who is independent and takes initiative in ensuring results.
– Ability to effectively identify new opportunities, negotiate, generate and defend business revenue.
