Assist sales team on monitoring and achieving sales targets set with product management team
Develop good rapport with partners, customers and Samsung internal teams
Ownership of operator claim management
Monitor operator channel pipeline management (Sell-in, Sell-thru, Sell-out)
Support the team regarding sell-out programs (promo planning, budget request, deal sheet execution, monitor, check actuals, budget alignment)
Evaluate promotions and make necessary budget allocations and adjustments based actual performance
Regularly updating the team and line manager regarding overall operator business status

Ability to perform, willing to learn and multitask
Pro-active
Strong team player, experienced working with different stakeholders
Adaptable, attentive, quick-learner
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
Experience in Product Management/Sales Operations/Admin/Support is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must
