What you’ll actually do:

– Smash that monthly sales target. (No pressure, right?)
– Grow business with the customers we already have—don’t just babysit them, actually make it better.
– Haggle hard and chase down those yearly and secondary deals until they’re signed, sealed, delivered.
– Fight for our products to get the best shelf spots and extra displays—make them impossible to miss.
– Team up with merchandisers to make sure all our marketing stuff actually lands in stores (not just on a to-do list).
– Convince store managers to put our shiny new products on their shelves—don’t take no for an answer.
– Spot anything damaged or about to expire and deal with it fast—nobody wants old stock haunting them.
– Keep stock levels just right—run out and you’re in trouble, overstock and…well, you’re still in trouble.
– Spy on the competition—yeah, really. Watch what they’re doing and report back, especially if they slash prices.
– Be the kind of person customers actually want to hear from—not just someone chasing a quota.
– Make sure money comes in on time, every time. (Nobody likes chasing invoices.)

What you need to bring:

– At least 5 years hustling in FMCG in the UAE—if you don’t know what FMCG means, this ain’t for you.
– English skills that don’t make people cringe—writing and talking.
– Negotiation and organizational skills that would make your mom proud.
– You actually want to work, don’t flake, and aren’t afraid to take the lead.
– You know your way around MS Office—no, seriously, don’t just say you do.
