Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Sales Representative to join our growing team at Hirlytics. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our mission of connecting exceptional talent with innovative tech companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the tech industry.
• Conduct market research and generate leads through networking and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably in tech or recruitment).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential:

• $0–5,000: 15% commission
• $5,001–10,000: 18% + $600 salary
• $10,000+: 20% + $1,000 salary
