Responsible to create AOP monthly and yearly sales objectives based on business trends and future plans , and drive SKU/ brand strategy focus through translating these objectives by region/Channel.
Incharge of D&A budget analysis , tracking and propose budget allocation based on AOP activities and trends to Country Director
Accountable for tracking S&D cost center expenses on monthly & yearly basis , propose productivity initiatives budgets.
Responsible for the monthly trade activities in coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams and get the alignment from Country Director
