Job Responsibilities:

  • Design – Lead design for sales support materials, campaigns, and events. Concept, design and code a wide variety of materials including digital comms, responsive / mobile email comms. Support output for print if needed.
  • Creative support – Support the global brand team in managing the creative direction of North American OFX. Work in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams where applicable. Be a key point of expertise for your area.
  • Idea generation  Work alone or in a team to generate strong ideas that engage customers.
  • Content development – Provide copy writing, editing, and proofreading services as requested. Work alongside content manager to produce materials. Interpret requirements from team members to deliver the product. Participate in reviews and meet given deadlines.
  • Presentation skills – Effectively communicate concepts to colleagues and business owners.
  • Visual storytelling – Effectively build out presentations through visual ques to tell a story in partnership with copy.
  • User experience – Understand the importance of consistent customer experience and views each job or channel as part of an overall whole.
  • Brand Building  Help to communicate the OFX brand as a credible alternative to the banks. Ensure that the brand positioning and tone of voice is reflected in all communications across all touchpoints and teams.
  • Team contribution – Promote a collaborative, positive, open culture. Keep up with developments in relevant industries including competitors’ technologies and marketing, and ensure best practice across design.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work within brand and design guidelines
  • Ability to own and drive concepts through to completion
  • Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Ability to identify compliance requirements and ensure standards are met for the proposal.
  • Expert print design work, including bespoke concepts.
  • Expert image editing, including RAW image processing, optimisation, colour correction, isolating, resizing, retouching and image manipulation.
  • Input into brand guidelines.
  • Act as a key point of contact for your team within the global AU brand team.
