Position: Deputy Manager – Product Development

Key Responsibilities

• • Leading the development of workwear and technical PPE products

     

  • Products include: FR, Welding, Denim, Hi-Vis, Industry and Aluminized Garments

     

  • Technical Raw Materials Utilizing:

     

  • FR Cotton, Modacrylic Mix, Arm Carbon / Anti-Standick, Mills

     

  • Coated and Laminated Fabrics, Leather, Hybrid Construction

     

  • Prepare and manage tech packs, BOMs, size specifications and sample submissions

     

  • Liaise with fabric mills, trim powers and testing laboratories.

     

  • Ensure adherence to international PPE standards
  • EN ISO 11611 / EN ISO 11612
  • EN ISO 20471 (Hi-Vis)
  • EN 1149 (Anti-Static)
  • Relevant NFPA / ASTM standards
• Assist in cost planning, material safety, and product performance improvement

   

• Professionally address customer technical questions and development feedback

Requirements

• Education: MBA Marketing / B.Sc. Textile Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of experience in relevant field
• Skills: Strong buyer-handling and negotiation skills in local and export workwear markets
