Job Title: Production Manager – Garments (Workwear)

Responsibilities:

• Run the show from first sample to the final batch—lightweight tees or those heavy-duty overalls, doesn’t matter.
• Juggle the chaos: scheduling, organizing, keeping stuff moving, making sure deadlines aren’t just suggestions. Quality?
• Squeeze every drop out of the process to hit those targets—better quality, less cash burned, and no one waiting around twiddling their thumbs.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in workwear garment production (light to heavy categories).
2. Strong knowledge of garment construction, industrial sewing techniques, and production processes.
3. Ability to lead, train, and manage large labour teams effectively.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in garment manufacturing, with specific experience in workwear production.
Qualification/Degree: Degree or diploma in Textile/Clothing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Salary: Market Competitive.
