Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, visitors, and families like they’re your own—none of that cold, robotic front-desk stuff.
• Jump in when people have questions, worries, or even a bone to pick—actually listen and get things sorted fast.
• Team up with the docs, nurses, admin folks—whoever it takes—to make sure people leave happier than when they arrived.
• Keep your eye on the vibe: if things start slipping, call it out and help pull standards back up.
• Pitch in on new projects or programs that make the whole hospital experience less of a headache for everyone.
Requirements:
• Got a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or something along those lines? Perfect.
• At least 2 years hustling in a hospital, clinic, or some kind of customer service gig—no rookies, please.
• Killer communication chops, know how to squash drama, and can actually connect with people (not just nod and smile).
• You’re the type who can deal with sticky situations without losing your cool or blabbing everyone’s business.
• Oh, and you seriously gotta be in the UAE right now—no exceptions.
