Requirements:
You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design or a related field.
- 3+ years in a digital design role, Agency or In-house.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work is an asset.
- Expertise in Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe XD, InVision, and related programs.
- Knowledge of visual design principles and user-centric designs.
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technologies (e.g. Marketo/ Marketing Cloud/Hubspot,etc.) and social media ad management platforms.
You are:
- Highly proficient and organized to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about UX, digital marketing and graphic design; taking initiative to stay up-to-date on current industry trends.
- Conscientious with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to brainstorm, critique and work in a team environment.
- Able to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Excellent with understanding cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.
- Creative with the ability to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
