Job Overview
Highly skilled and detail-oriented to join our finance team . This role is crucial for supporting financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and IPO preparation within a fast-growing e-cigarette and Packaging company. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities
– Whip up spot-on financial statements every month, quarter, and year (yeah, all the fun IFRS and UAE rules included—because someone’s gotta do it).

– Jump into the IPO circus: help out with disclosures, keep regulators happy, and wrangle advisors when they start getting too clever.

– Run point on external audits (herding cats, basically) and back up the internal audit crew so nothing slips through the cracks.

– Tackle financial reports and investor docs in both English and Chinese—bilingual bragging rights included.

– Make sure we’re playing by all the UAE VAT, financial, and ESMA rulebooks. No shortcuts, no drama.

– Always on the lookout for smarter, faster ways to handle reporting. If there’s a hack, I’ll find it.

– Team up with legal, ops, and investor relations—because nothing good happens in a silo.

– Ready to roll up my sleeves and put in the extra hours when things get wild. Adaptable? You bet

Requirements
– Got a degree in Accounting, Finance, or something close? Nailed it.
– Five years crunching numbers under your belt? Even better if you lived through an audit season—battle scars count for something.
– Mandarin or Cantonese plus English—no Google Translate nonsense, you’ve actually gotta speak ’em.
– If IPOs, capital markets, or wading through financial disclosures don’t make you sweat, you’re in the right place.
– If you dream in Excel formulas and can handle ERP or SAP without crying, you’re most of the way there.
– Already soaking up the Dubai sun or ready to pack your bags? Either way works.
– Obsessive about the little stuff, actually get things done, and kinda love learning new tricks? Yeah, we want you.
– FMCG, trading, or regulated industry experience? That’s just showing off, but we’ll take it.
