Job Position – Senior Accountant

Company Name – Logis

For esteemed client based in Dubai.

Immediate Hiring (must be on Visit visa or transferable visa)

 

Job Roles / Function

 

  •  Prepares Financial Statements and related lead schedules for Internal reports & External Audits for the Group
  •  Prepares various financial analyses for the Group
  •  Liaise with Auditors during yearly External Audits
  •  Handles yearly ICV audits
  •  Responsible for the preparation, filing, payment & review of VAT related returns
  •  Prepares various analyses for the Group – Gross Profit analysis,
  •  To monitor compliance with FTA & Banks
  •  Manage FTA portal of the Group
  •  Handles Guarantee applications and renewals
  •  Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation
  •  Duplicate functions of assigned colleague on annual leave
  •  Other functions that maybe assigned from time to time

 

Qualification

 

  •  Excellent English Communication skills – Written and Spoken
  •  Qualified Accountant – CA – Inter or M. Com with experience up to Accounts finalization
  •  Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in UAE (preferably in Logistics Company)
  •  Working knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Taxation.
  •  Has background or basic knowledge on Bank Guarantees / Letters of Credits
  •  Experienced in advanced MS Office esp. Excel
  •  Ready to join immediately
