Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of buyers.
- Supplier HOD with weekly/monthly tracking and reporting of KPI’s.
- Manage and deliver procurement projects as identified by the Director of Business Support and other Business units.
- Define project scope, targets, success criteria and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years team management.
- 10+ years’ experience in a UAE base FM company (Procurement/Operations).
- Expert in managing Subcontractor/3rd party services for FM & Capital projects.
- Expert knowledge of the FM consumables market in the UAE.
