Major duties and responsibilities:

Lead client engagements on site and perform risk assessments, project reviews or other transformation assignments based on the client requirements.
Perform end to end engagement delivery on client sites.
Support the Leadership team Directors and Partners in developing proposals, pitch presentations and other Business Development opportunities.
Work with the Leadership team on multiple internal initiatives such as white papers and thought leaderships, inhouse tools development etc.
Be responsible for the engagement and deliverable quality
Guide junior team members (Associates, Sr. Associates, Consultants) on ground for an end-to-end engagement delivery
Demonstrate effective time management skills by ensuring that assignments are completed within time budgets and calendar schedules while handling multiple jobs and maximize productivity.
Writing detailed reports, presentations effectively communicating the gaps, risks, and recommendations
Lead client discussions/presentations for gaps identified along with root causes and provide agile solutions mitigating the risks
Demonstrate effective time management skills by ensuring that assignments are completed within time budgets and calendar schedules while handling multiple jobs and maximize productivity.

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Masters in Construction/ Infrastructure/Project Management.
5-8 years’ Experience working with Infrastructure, building and construction sector.
Solution Experience – Setup/ operationalise Project Management Office/ project delivery excellence, Project Management Systems, policy and procedures development and implementation, Project Performance Reviews and Health checks, Contracts and Claims Specialists, Performance/ Bottom line improvement, Time, and Cost Optimizations for large Capital projects/ programs.
A PMP Certification will be considered very favourably.
Flawless communication skills in English are essential. Arabic will be a big plus.
Must be an advanced used of MS Office, Primavera and be comfortable using Power BI.
