Responsibilities:

• Support the Comms Lead in the daily operations of the Comms/PR team;
• Support the Comms Lead in daily operations and critical communication channels;
• Collaborating with the Comms/PR team to plan and execute publicity campaigns;
• Developing relationships with media organizations and important influencers;
• Delegating tasks to team members and monitoring their progress;
• Tracking campaign success and media coverage;
• Presenting reports on the effectiveness of campaigns;
• Ensuring brand consistency in all marketing content;
• Managing public relations budgets;
• Addressing the press where necessary.

Requirements:

• Crypto-native preferred — Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the crypto industry and trading (which can be non-crypto);
• Passionate and talented leader and people manager, with strong brand and planning acumen who has experience researching and planning for consumer and/or tech brands, as well as agencies;
• 6+ years of relevant PR, corporate communications, publicity experience in finance and tech space;
• Strong experience and keen interest in analysing brand, consumer, category, cultural trends and data insights to identify opportunities for the brand;
• Experience in running integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and end-to-end project management;
• Experience in forming strong working relationships with marketing counterparts in paid, owned, and earned disciplines, forming the basis of trust and action to move strategies from theory to reality;
• See brand and strategy as a team sport, drawing on your expertise and others’ in brand, creative, digital, social, paid, owned, earned, and whatever comes next;
