– Got a bachelor’s in engineering? (Mechanical or Electrical, doesn’t matter which, just not something offbeat like basket weaving.)
– You’ve been hustling in the GCC for at least 10 years? Even better if you know your way around Qatar and the local scene.
– Cost control is your thing, especially if you’ve spent 5+ years wrangling MEP construction projects.
– You actually know how MEP systems work. Like, you’ve been in the trenches, not just reading manuals.
– Tools of the trade: Primavera, ERP, Excel. If you’re still using a calculator and sticky notes, maybe not the best fit.
– You get project management, estimation, and budgeting—not just the buzzwords. You know how to keep a project from bleeding money.
