Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance for the quality/specification of the materials/products and work done and managing inspection/testing activities regularly during the implementation stages of the project.
  • Identify communication requirements, correspondence policy, periodic meetings, reports, and information distribution policy and communication plan.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure contractors’ compliance with approved technical standards and specifications.
  • Follow up with assigned maintenance programs for the projects.
  • Prepare plan, procedures, KPIs and projects budgets.
  • Review financial claims submitted by the contractors
  • Review plans, drawings and designs of road projects.
  • Evaluate contractors and sub contractors before and after executing the project.
