Main Tasks:

  • Implement operational processes across all client activations.
  • Lead on weekly status meeting with client teams across markets,.
  • Ensure the alignment of Media, Digital & Trade teams across all commerce activations.
  • Plan Yearly, Quarterly and event-based media activations on retailer websites.
  • Run & manage ongoing media e-commerce campaigns (including all reservation media).
  • Ongoing Optimization across all e-retailers activations.
  • Execute and monitor targeting and data partnerships with retailers and align with performance teams .
  • Overlook the implementation of tags & trackers on retailer websites when possible.
  • Work with the performance team to build an Amazon Search and Programmatic strategy per applicable category.
  • Work with the media team and client team to link media to commerce when it comes to media data, marketplace data, sell-in, etc…
  • Ensure a seamless financial process across the account.
  • Deliver end of campaign reports inclusive of media and trade performance.
  • Work on quarterly performance reviews for client markets.
  • Work with client’s commerce lead to deliver on the KPIs through translating data into actionable insights for media and commerce teams.
  • Analyze purchase-level data (when applicable and available) to advise on audience building and promote cross selling & up selling.
  • Build the test & learn use cases for the client to make sure we’re always improving and testing the upcoming opportunities.
  • Work on creating and updating the commerce landscape across the practice.
  • Develop case studies, insights, and trends documents across the practice,
  • Work and participate on developing vertical-specific product decks for internal and external use.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of media planning and/or commerce experience, as well as experience with online planning, analysis, and market research, and familiarity with server technology
  • Strong understanding of the digital environment – you know this world by heart and you keep pulse with the rapid changes happening within it – and a clear, solid understanding of the media planning and buying process
  • Exceptional communication skills – you’re skilled at interpreting client objectives and clearly articulating proposed media strategies and recommendation
