Job Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of matters related to the country legal ownership structure. Recommend and oversee changes and implementation in country legal structures and support country governance matters in line with local legal requirements and act as the authorized signatory for compliance with country regulations and statutory requirements.
• Fulfil fiduciary duties on behalf of the country legal entities and the respective Businesses Areas/ Divisions and facilitate decision making, where required by country legal needs. Support businesses as required.
• Responsible for compliance with all applicable local fiduciary finance requirements including compliance with local statutory GAAP, local reporting, legal and tax requirements, with support provided by GBS and CoEs.
• Support Corporate as required in developing financial and tax strategies and acquisitions, due diligences, and negotiations at country level. Represent ABB locally, or organizes representation by another local finance leader / expert and actively manage partnerships and external stakeholders within the sphere of finance, whenever of significant importance for several local businesses and not owned by GBS or Corporate.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in finance/Audit – MBA.
• 5 to 10 years of overall experience in a similar capacity.
• Diligent, strong decision-making ability and a good team player.
• Proven Leadership and management skills.
