Job Responsibilities:

– Completing client drawings and drawing register for each project.
– Keeping finishing schedules up to date.
– Presenting drawings for internal comments and review.
– Able to present drawings to client, directors and workshop as necessary.
– Forward thinking and great at problem solving.
– Completing any workshop drawings or sub drawings to send to outsourced work.
– Assist with procurement where necessary.
– Excellent CAD skills – Vectorworks.
– Drawing intent and construction packages (ideally in both residential and commercial projects).
– Excellent attention to detail and able to draw details to a high standard (bespoke furniture, joinery, etc.)
– Have strong FF&E knowledge (both vintage and contemporary) and being able to producer FF&E specification and schedules to a high standard.
– Able to produce concept visuals (SketchUp, photoshop, render programs).
– Able to put together material boards.

Job Requirements:

– Minimum 6-10 years of architectural interior design experience.
– Must be an engaged thinker with diverse skill sets, to bring creativity, experience, and enthusiasm to our client’s team.
– The candidates should have worked on every stage of the design process.
