Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end to end product outcome and define the creation and direction of the product to achieve the commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the roadmap and corresponding go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate directly with all parts of the business required to deliver and run the product including operations, brand principles, technology, real estate, and external partners and be a central part of decision making
  • Engage with the internal and external technology experts to determine the best implementation methods and guide them to deliver the most valuable outcomes possible
  • Supervise and advise the scrum team to ensure they understand the vision and strategy, constantly have a prioritized backlog of work and ultimately meet deliverable expectations through participation in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Engage internal/external market and customer intelligence experts to provide domestic and international market and customer insights; target customers, market study for expansion, business improvement and expansion of new/existing products and services in order to create customer propositions
  • Align with finance on the formation of commercial business plans and financial analysis
  • Work closely with the CX and UX team to create an aligned and unique user experience for the product
  • Engage with Legal on current contractual constraints/new contracts and advise on M&A options
  • Liase with HR on resources and structure requirements (capacity planning)
  • Liase with Network development to enhance the aftesales locations and its performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (post graduate education preferred)
  • Prior experience with project management (both Agile & Waterfall) as well as development/roll out, governance adherence to frameworks
  • 10 year + in product/service development with previous experience within the Automotive industry with P&L responsibility, preferably experience in automotive aftersales
  • Expert knowledge of and experience in the automotive after-sales or sales industry is essential.
  • Proven ability in building new, disruptive products/services and taking these to market establishing product market fit.
  • Expert knowledge of the complete automotive business model and value chain is preferable.
  • Experience of working with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations, preferably with AGILE or other Project management qualification
  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to identify the requirement to deliver the product/servcie and equally adept at solving complex problems and influencing teams and management to deliver them
