Job Summary

• This person is an enabler of all VM projects, from start of works at site till the site is handed over to operations team.
• Work starts after the project is handed over by the back-end team (Design & Back-end Projects Team).
• This profile has functional reporting to HOD, VM based in India and administrative reporting to Business Head, International Business in Dubai.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Construction, Interior Design, Architecture
• Education: Civil Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management or Architect.
• Expertise of using AutoCAD
• Expertise to manage on-site works
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Expertise in Office programs and emailing.
• Experience in handling on site escalations
• Excellent Communication skills since dealing with external stakeholders
• Good convincing Skills with “How may I help you attitude” i.e. servicing attitude
• Attitude to follow win win approach leading to building and managing long term relationships
• Maturity to assess and handle situations
• Enthusiastic person who is proactive in work. Flexible and adaptable person
• A person who takes initiative
