1- Senior Officer – Collections
Job: Full Time
Location: Fujairah, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• To reduce the Retail, business owner & overdraft non-performing portfolio by recovering amounts due to the bank, and keeping the DPD 1-30,31-60,61-90 DPD and so on at the lowest level and prevent those to moving to other buckets.
• This includes reducing the number of non-performing accounts as well as amount of non-performing portfolio as per the approved Balanced Scorecard for the Department.
• To file and release Criminal cases against borrowers and drawers, to locate the customer whereabouts and visit them, or to enquire about their new work places/employers.
• Providing his/her feed back to the concern supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• High School or preferably a college graduate.
• Minimum 4-5 year of banking experience in recovery and collections preferably in UAE.
